Shirts

 1. Where are your shirts made?

Our shirts are made in Europe . We have clothing workshops in France, Italy And Germany. We are very attached to this manufacturing of quality and of proximity .

 2. Do you offer a custom shirt making service?

 3. Where do the fabrics for your shirts come from?

Our fabrics come from the most old English and Italian spinning mills . I choose the fabrics for my shirts directly at their homes , in their workshops, every season, twice a year.

 4. What shirt fabrics do not wrinkle?

The wrinkle-free fabrics are part of the " Journey " range from Thomas Mason. To learn more, read the guide which is dedicated to him and find them in our range " The essentials ".

 5. What lightweight shirt fabrics do you have?

Among the fabrics the lighter , I have chosen to offer you some linen , seersucker and of giro inglese . These are shirt fabrics suitable for moments of high temperatures .

 6. What is the cut of your shirts?

All our shirts are " slim fit ", i.e. a fitted cut for each of your body types.

 7. Is it possible to have my shirt altered?

 8. How do I know my shirt size?

In each product sheet of our shirts, you have access to a size guide telling you how to know your shirt size.

 9. What are the basic, essential shirts to have?

You will find all the essential shirts to have in your wardrobe in the “ essentials ” range.

 10. How do I accessorize my shirt?

For accessorize your outfit, tie a tie or a bow tie around your neck. If you want to go a little further, take a look at our accessories .

Ties

1. Where are your ties made?

Our ties are made in Europe . We have two tie-making workshops , one in Italy , the other in France .

2. Do you offer a custom tie making service?

3. Where do tie fabrics come from?

Our tie fabrics come from weavers English , Italians , Germans And As for the fabrics of my shirts, I choose them directly from their workshops every season during the creation of my collections.

4. What tie knot should I tie?

Online shopping

1. What is the availability of the parts published on the site?

We have the same stock in our physical store (45 rue d'Amsterdam) as well as online . The availability of our parts is visible in each of the product sheets created . Please note that no restocking is planned for our so-called “limited edition” pieces.

2. How can I get assistance placing or modifying my order?

We are available from Monday to Saturday , by telephone on 01 48 78 25 71 or by email contact@howards.fr to help you with your requests.

3. What are the delivery costs and times?

We deliver in Metropolitan France free from 99 euros purchase, in 72h . For the other destinations , please refer to our delivery guide .

4. How do I track the delivery of my order?

An email indicating the tracking number of your package is automatically sent to you following your order so that you can follow her remotely. To learn more, read the follow-up procedure guide .

6. Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes. We keep your order in store for 3 months from the day of your order. To learn more about the delivery of your order, refer to our delivery guide .

7. Can I designate another person to collect my order in store?

Yes . The confirmation email of your order as well as its identity card will be requested when you collect your order from the store.

8. When will my order be available in store?

Your order is available in store when you place your order online. A confirmation email inviting you to come and collect it from our shop At 45 rue d'Amsterdam, 75008 will then be sent to you.

9. What payment methods are accepted?

P ayment for your purchases is made only by credit card or bank card : Visa ®, MasterCard ®, American Express ®, Maestro ®, JCB ®, Union Pay ®. You will need to indicate your credit card or bank card number as well as its expiration date and the cryptogram on the page provided for this purpose. Payment by Paypal is also possible. 10. How do I return or exchange my item?

You have 14 days from the date of your order to us return And to exchange your item. To generate the request, log in to your customer account And follow written procedures in the returns and exchanges guide .
